Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and inquiries from outside the United States, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this web site or the placing of any order through this web site from outside USA complies with any applicable  laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and Subs Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by Paypal, a separate credit card provider is coming soon. We currently accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Delta and, Switch through Paypal. All transactions are shown in US Dollars, € or $ depending on your chosen currency.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
